Andre Harrison was born in Norwalk, Ohio, on September 14, 2004, and he was a student at Ashland High School. He also worked at McDonald’s and was happy to say that Ashland, Ohio, was his home town.
Andre was a smart young man who also loved sports and his family very much. His running skills were so good that in his first two years of high school at Mansfield Christian, he set a record for freshmen in cross country and won conference titles in both cross country and track.
Andre worked hard at running, and his hard work was rewarded with MVP awards as a rookie, sophomore, and co-MVP in his junior year at Ashland High School. He was also loved by Jeremy and Kimberly Harrison, who took him in as their own son. His presence brought them a lot of love and joy.

Andre Harrison Cause of Death
Andre died on Tuesday, which has left his family and friends in a lot of pain. His death was thought to have been caused by an excess of fentanyl. This sad event has shown how dangerous it is to use drugs. Many of Andre’s close friends remember him as a young man with a big heart who was eager to get the most out of life.
Andre’s father, Jeremy Harrison, revealed this sad news in a Facebook post, which made the loss even more real to their whole community.
When Andre died, many of his friends wrote on their own Facebook pages to honor his memory and show how sad they were. Alexis Collins’s message was one of the most moving:

Andre was so funny in class and we’ll always have that one secret.. and funny convos. The funniest thing about you was you never stopped talking and never cared what anyone said. Rest well buddy. 💕

Andre Harrison Obituary And Funeral
On Tuesday, October 10, from 1 to 4 p.m., there will be a meeting at the Park Street Brethren Church for people who want to pay their respects and remember Andre. Then, at 4 p.m., Dr. John Shultz will lead a funeral service at the same church.
The preparations are being made with the help of the Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel in Ashland. Andre will be buried at Ashland Cemetery in a private family service.
