Bodies Found in Oregon City, Police Say No Foul Play Suspected

Officials in Oregon City state that there is no indication of foul play in the two distinct bodies that were discovered on Tuesday.

Police in Oregon City were called to a WinCo parking lot at around 11 a.m. on Tuesday after someone reported finding a dead woman in the driver’s seat of a car.

Authorities launched an investigation but found no evidence of wrongdoing. The Oregon City Police Department reports that investigators found evidence suggesting a possible narcotics connection to the death.

On Front Avenue, next to the Alliance Charter School, a dead man was discovered at about 7 o’clock the same day. The man’s identity is still a mystery, and authorities are looking into whether or not this is connected to a missing person inquiry.

Although there is no evidence of wrongdoing, the investigation is still open.
