Police in Oregon City were called to a WinCo parking lot at around 11 a.m. on Tuesday after someone reported finding a dead woman in the driver’s seat of a car.
Authorities launched an investigation but found no evidence of wrongdoing. The Oregon City Police Department reports that investigators found evidence suggesting a possible narcotics connection to the death.
On Front Avenue, next to the Alliance Charter School, a dead man was discovered at about 7 o’clock the same day. The man’s identity is still a mystery, and authorities are looking into whether or not this is connected to a missing person inquiry.
Although there is no evidence of wrongdoing, the investigation is still open.
