Voodoo Doughnut’s slogan is “keeping the magic in the hole,” on Tuesday, May 30, the Portland, Oregon shop commemorates 20 years of doing just that.
At the company’s birthday party, which will be held at 22 SW 3rd Avenue in Portland on May 1, the main doughnut will be a Birthday Cake flavor, which will cost customers just 20 cents. The doughnut has a strawberry cream center covered with vanilla icing and sprinkles.

The famous Mini Bacon Maple Bars from Voodoo Doughnut will sell for $2 daily. The party will have balloons, confetti, and extras, and founders Tres Shannon and Kenneth “Cat Daddy” Pogson will be there.
“We’re proud to be a small part of downtown Portland’s rich history, and we look forward to operating at our Old Town location for another 20 years,” said Chris Schultz, Voodoo Doughnut’s CEO. The event runs from noon to four in the afternoon. May 30, Tuesday.
