A 29-year-old man named Adam Jamal Burns was detained in Vancouver by U.S. Marshals Service officials on Tuesday, May 10. He is being held on suspicion of second-degree m*rder and unauthorized use of a firearm, according to a statement released by the Portland Police Department.
