Social media firms and cloud service providers always remain at the top in the region's strong demand.

To expand the area of Hillsboro, Oregon, to 50 acres and 200 megawatts, one of the fastest-growing data center markets, nearly double the number of its campus established by Denver-based Stack Infrastructure in the Portland, Ore., area. Necessary land has been purchased.
