A second person who was shot and killed in Northeast Portland on June 23 has been identified and confirmed to have died as a result of their injuries.
Isidahomen Ikhuoria, 25, of Nigeria, was a passenger in the Northeast Portland shooting and wreck. He passed away on Friday (30 June) in the hospital.
Gresham resident Fortressen O. Oriakhi, age 29, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, while Ikhuoria was taken to the hospital with injuries that were considered to be life-threatening.

According to the Portland Police Department, Ikhuoria was shot and killed on Friday. The investigation into the incident is still ongoing, and no suspects have been arrested.
