Death of Ridgefield Woman Linked to Domestic Violence

This week, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office is looking into the death of a second person who was killed in a domestic violence-related incident.

According to a press statement issued on Wednesday (28 June) by the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to a disturbance on Northwest 61st Avenue in Ridgefield, Washington, on Wednesday after a 72-year-old man named Wayne Leonetti called 911 to reportedly report that he had choked his wife and that she was no longer breathing.

According to the deputies who investigated, Alice Bolen, age 80, was found dead inside the residence. Leonetti was arrested and put into the Clark County Jail on the accusation of murder in the second degree.

On Monday, deputies from Clark County responded to a 911 call from two girls who reported that their stepfather had shot and murdered both their mother and himself. James Jordan, 45, and Erica Jordan, 46, were named by sheriff’s officials as the couple who were found.
