Portland Police Bureau has identified the two males who were killed in a car accident on June 4. The driver and passenger were identified as Larry A. Ayala-Valdez, 22, of Milwaukie, and Adrian Gama, 22, of Clackamas County.
Sunday, June 4, at 2:15 a.m., officers from the Central Precinct responded to a rollover accident at Southeast Water Avenue and Southeast Belmont Street. When authorities arrived on the site, both occupants of the black 2003 Mercedes were deceased.
Ayala-Valdez was traveling eastbound on the Morrison Bridge when he struck the obstruction and fell to the streets below, according to preliminary police investigations. The motorist and passenger were both fatally injured, and nobody else was hurt.

The Traffic Division Major Crash Team of the Portland Police Department responded to the site to investigate. The bridge was closed in both directions until approximately 8:00 a.m. when the investigation at the site was concluded. According to Portland Police, speed and alcohol are thought to have played a role in the crash.
