At 7:41 p.m. on June 6, 2023, police in the Eliot area responded to a complaint about an accident with injuries at the corner of N Fremont Street and N Williams Avenue.
When police arrived, they discovered that one of the drivers had already died. The second car’s driver was taken by ambulance to the hospital with critical but not life-threatening injuries.

The Major Crash Team sent its investigators to the spot to begin their inquiry. Several hours will pass with North Williams Avenue closed between N Beech Street and N Cook Street as police process the scene and collect evidence.
