Robert B. Ketchum, 62, was recognized as the Portland man killed in a hit-and-run accident while in a wheelchair in the Montavilla Neighbourhood.

Officers from the East Precinct were called to the intersection of Northeast 82nd Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street at 12:11 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2023. Although Portland Fire & Rescue responded and attempted CPR, the guy was pronounced dead.
The motorist fled the area before police arrived, and they could not track him down. There is currently no suspicious news being shared.
The Portland Police Department’s Major Crash Team is en route. For now, the police have blocked off access to the crossroads of Northeast 82nd Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street.
