Next month, two more shops in Oregon will close for good. This is your chance to get deals at the last minute.
buybuyBABY, a once-beloved brand, has closed its doors for good. The two Oregon locations are among the hundreds of businesses across the country that will be closing in the coming weeks.
Bankrupt retailer Bed Bath & Beyond is the owner of the business that specializes in selling products for newborns and toddlers, such as apparel, strollers, and toys. No official closing date has been announced for either chain, although operations are expected to end on or before June 30.

All buybuy BABY locations are holding liquidation sales to help repay the company’s $240 million line of credit.
Although the success of liquidation sales is often unpredictable, customers have reported saving a lot of money so far. The company’s website features a banner announcing the continual arrival of new products discounted by 20% to 40%.
A representative of the company said:
“We encourage shoppers to take advantage of these new price reductions before it’s too late. Whether celebrating the birth of a baby or a new graduate, or for someone who enjoys cooking, gardening, or decorating, this unique sales event offers something for everyone.”
