The Oregon Department of Human Services is asking for the general public’s assistance locating a foster child who is 14 years old and has gone missing.

Julian (Jayce) Matney was last seen in Portland on May 16, but the Department of Homeland Security believes he is still in the area. Julian weighs 135 pounds and has a height of 5 feet 7 inches. He has dark brown hair and eyes of the same color.
