Jobanpreet Singh, 21, was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of Murder in the First Degree. He was taken to the Multnomah County Detention Center.
In the Multnomah Neighborhood, two men were shot and killed.
At 2:45 p.m. on May 3, 2023, police from the Central Precinct were called to the 9100 block of Southeast Barbur Boulevard because someone had shot someone.
When they got there, they found the bodies of two guys in a parking lot. Portland police shared this news through a Twitter post.

For the probe, one person has been put in jail. No one is being looked for by cops right now.
The Homicide Unit of the Portland Police Bureau went to the scene and is looking into it. Southwest Barbur Boulevard is closed between Southwest 30th Avenue and Southwest Alice Street while the investigation continues.
