PORTLAND, Ore. (FBH) – The Portland Police Bureau says that a woman was shot and killed in the southeast part of the city on Saturday night, 15 April 2023.
PPB said just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday, police were called to the 2800 block of Southeast Colt Drive because someone had been shot. When they got there, a woman was already dead.
When cops arrived, the subject was not there, and no arrests were made.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, Two teens in Portland are charged with attempted murder and other crimes after police found them with multiple weapons, ammunition, and body armor after a shooting.
Recently, Court papers say that a 24-year-old woman from Albany is being charged with r@pe and other crimes after she left town with a 13-year-old boy earlier this month. The boy’s mother reported him missing on April 5, saying she thought he had gone with Alyssa Kathleen Thomas from a friend’s house in Albany.
The next day, cops said they heard Thomas and the boy were in Portland, Oregon, “trying to get out of state.”
Detectives are looking into a murder. Between Southeast 26th Avenue and Southeast 30th Avenue, SE Colt Drive is stopped while the investigation continues.
