Homeowners may apply for a refund of up to half of the median residential property tax amount or 75% of their property tax bill under the enlarged scheme authorized by the legislature earlier this year.

Wyoming property owners must fulfill income and residence criteria to participate in the property tax relief program. You may get an application through the county treasurer’s office or the Department of Revenue’s website. The June 5th, 2022, application deadline is approaching for the 2022 property tax.
