Katie Anderson, a bartender at the tavern, sold him the winning ticket.
“It was just a very real moment you can’t explain because it’s just something that will probably never happen again in my lifetime. Just being able to sell a million-dollar ticket is incredible,” said Anderson.
The Oregon Lottery has information about which places in the state sold the most winning lottery tickets worth $1,000 or more in 2022.
The Oregon Lottery officials say that these are stores or other places that get a lot of foot traffic in areas with a lot of people.
