On Wednesday, December 28, at noon, the Alsea library will serve as the staging ground for a search operation organized by locals, the Mainwaring family, and the Oregon Air National Guard; the Civil Air Patrol has also been alerted and will fly if conditions allow.

The Mainwaring family has issued an open call for anybody who can help in the search to do so, and they have asked that anyone who does come “be prepared with weather gear, 4X4 vehicles, and the One app for their phone to map their search area.”

Mainwaring has been characterized as a 6’2″ blonde man with green eyes and 175 pounds.

On December 18th, 2022, he was last seen in the Alsea neighborhood, so that’s where we’ll assume he is today. His loved ones suspect he is in his 1994 blue Ford Bronco, registered in Oregon with the license plate number 196LRU.
