The Ducks went into the San Diego Invitational having won both of their previous games, but this rating places them one spot lower than they were a week earlier.

This season, the squad has a record of 10-2, with both of its losses coming at the hands of clubs ranked in the top 13 in the country. At the PK Invitational on Thanksgiving, they also suffered a defeat at the hands of No. 13 North Carolina, who fell seven positions in the rankings this week.

On Friday, the Ducks will open up conference play by playing host to the No. 10 UCLA Bruins, giving them the opportunity to take on another top-ranked opponent. This season, both teams have already faced and triumphed over their respective opponents. The match on Friday will begin at six o’clock in the evening and will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Networks. After that, Oregon will play host to UCLA on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
