In December, Oregon State Parks is Giving $5 Off the Cost of Annual Parking Permits

Annual Parking Permits: This holiday season, give the gift of the great outdoors and save money at the same time by taking advantage of the 12-month parking permit sale being held in Oregon state parks during the month of December.

The colorful drawings that were created by Portland artist El Tran are featured once again on the permission hangtag. Beginning December 1 and continuing through December 31, holiday shoppers can purchase annual parking tickets at the reduced price of $25. This is a savings of $5 compared to the standard price of $30. The pass is valid for a full year, beginning with the month in which it was purchased.

At 25 of Oregon’s state parks, the parking fee is $5 per day unless you have a parking permit good for 12 or 24 months, or a camping receipt from the same day. The annual pass costs $50 and can be purchased on the Oregon State Parks website (store.oregonstateparks.org). The permits can be moved from one car to another without any problems.
