According to state media RTCG, a violent shooting spree claimed the lives of at least 11 people on Friday, two of whom were children, in Cetinje, a city in southern Montenegro.

Police Chief of Montenegro Zoran Branin claims that the alleged gunman started out by attacking a family who was renting out a room in his home.
