It would appear that water and blood have similar viscosities. Melissa and Joe Gorga skipped Teresa Giudice’s wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas in order to come home from a beach vacation on Sunday. They were captured on camera making their way back to their home.
The stars of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” who made the spur-of-the-moment decision not to attend the wedding, chose instead to spend the weekend at the beach before returning to their homes in Toms River, New Jersey.

The reality stars opted for more laid-back attire for their trip back home, with Melissa donning a colorful sarong and a strapless beige bikini top for her trip back. It would appear that they were joined by other friends and family members on the holiday since Melissa posted a picture to her Instagram account depicting some children jet skiing.
Teresa will not have Joe and Melissa by her side when she says “I do” to Ruelas on Saturday at the Park Chateau Estate in East Brunswick, NJ, as Page Six exclusively learned earlier this week. There had been a “very heated” Housewife finale one week before the wedding, an insider informed us. “They were invited,” the insider said.
In addition, as evidenced by images from the wedding that have since been shared on social media, Joe and Melissa’s names were never crossed off the seating chart at any point throughout the reception. It would appear that, had they elected to go, they would have sat at the same table as Teresa’s family, which would have included Teresa’s four daughters.
After the ceremony, in another viral video, the bride apparently called out her “selected family” for not showing up, when delivering a speech later in the evening. When Melissa Gorgas stated in March that she would not be one of her bridesmaids, Bravo viewers began to wonder if the Gorgas would attend the wedding.
Despite the fact that Melissa stated on her podcast that she had no problem with the choice made by her sister-in-law, she was curious as to whether or not “her new sister-in-laws” would be in attendance at the wedding.
Is it just the four daughters, her four lovely daughters, plus a couple of her friends, or is it more like a wedding with no other family members present? Melissa asked. “If that’s the case, then I believe that makes complete sense,” the speaker said.
When Teresa was married, she was accompanied by co-stars Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin, along with the actresses’ three daughters ages 13 to 21, as well as their younger siblings Gia, 18, Gabriella, 16, and Milania, 16, as her bridesmaids. She wore a Mark Zunino gown, a Bridal Styles Couture crystal tiara, and an embroidered Bridal Reflection veil to memorialize her late mother, Antonia Gorga, who died when she was a baby.
