Recaps and Highlights
The promotional segment for Lesnar was cut short by Paul Heyman, Theory, and Alpha Academy. Although everyone engaged issued their own threats to Lesnar, it was Alpha Academy that made the decision to physically immerse themselves in the conflict. Because of their choice, they would suffer the consequences of a violent act.

Brock Lesnar Vs Roman Reigns
A promo delivered in the ring by Brock Lesnar served as the opening act for the event. Roman Reigns has been “living the high life” since his victory over Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, according to Lesnar. After that, Lesnar insulted Reigns by calling him a pig and claiming that he routinely butchers pigs on his farm. The next person to speak was Paul Heyman, who spoke over Lesnar.
Heyman stated that the Last Man Standing rules for the Lesnar vs. Reigns match at SummerSlam plainly made Lesnar the favorite. This is due to the fact that Reigns defeats people by being a stronger wrestler, but Lesnar deals in destruction. After that, Heyman predicted that Reigns would put his hand up Lesnar’s posterior and take out the latter’s heart.

Then, Theory interjected, stating that he still intended to make good on his Money in the Bank promise regardless of who emerged victorious from the match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. Lesnar eventually used the ring steps on both men, then assaulted both of them with a steel chair.
What happened with Alpha Academy?
The next team out was Alpha Academy, and Chad Gable and Otis attempted to attack Lesnar. However, they were immediately taken out by Lesnar. After finishing his comments, Lesnar delivered an F-5 to Otis while referencing the commentary table.
Brock Lesnar’s portrayal as a powerful natural force is undoubtedly one of the things that WWE has excelled at over the past many years. Some of the promotional work that was done here was strange, particularly the exchange that took place between Lesnar and Heyman.
But babyface Lesnar playing to the audience still feels very new and fascinating, and he appears to be having fun with it. He also looks to be enjoying himself. The only part of the segment that was successful was the one in which Alpha Academy was used as fodder.
Because Otis is such a huge man, allowing Lesnar to hit him with the F-5 allows for one of those big, splashy moments that Lesnar is so good at producing. Despite the fact that this didn’t really accomplish anything to further the Lesnar vs. Reigns story, which nobody really wants, it did a good job of letting Lesnar be Lesnar.
