On September 14, 1981, Katie Lee was born in Huntington, West Virginia. At age 4, she began preparing meals with her grandmother. Milton, West Virginia, where she was raised. Lee has experience working in a number of upscale eateries and wine and food shops. She aided in the opening of Jeff and Eddy’s Restaurant in 2003 and worked there as the house fisherman.
