A Finance firm Orogen Entertainment is partnering with sales agency The Exchange and they will enter into a development and movie production company together which will be the next product. Because Orogen Entertainment has several projects under development.
Both companies work together for three years because they have signed a contract and will complete a minimum of 15 film development projects. The whole project will be led by The Exchange’s appointed person Mr.Caddy Vanasirikul.
Evan Parter wrote the script of “The Independent” and directed Amy Rice amount the film projects which are under development. It is being produced with unknown Content and Park Pictures.

The film “Middle Man,” which is being written and produced by Red Hour, Votiv Films, and Needle’s Eye Prods, is also on the schedule. Peter Steinfeld is the author of “21,” “Analyze That,” and “Be Cool.”
The “Stooges” project by Quinn Beswick, Josh Margolin, Benjamin Smolen, and Nikolai Von Keller is an additional undertaking. The movie, dubbed a “reimagination” of “The Three Stooges” from 20th Century Fox, is being made in collaboration with C3 Entertainment.
“Lone,” written by Gary Whitta (“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story”), is also in development. Stewart Hall, Devin Cutler, and American Films are collaborating to develop it.

Having spent his career advising both private and public clients on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity and debt capital markets, Ward has more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis, valuation, capital raising, structuring, and negotiations.
Ward formerly served as managing director of investment banking at the National Bank of Canada before joining Orogen. He and his investor group collaborated with Joe Carnahan and Frank Grillo of WarParty Films as executive producers on “Wheelman” and “El Chicano.”
