Halsey Wants Millie Bobby Brown In Their Biopic

Halsey is already thinking of their dream cast if a movie version of their life were to be produced. The β€œBadlands” singer, 27, revealed who during an appearance on β€œThe Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” β€” Millie Bobby Brown!

β€œI know the answer,” Halsey β€” who uses she/they pronouns β€” said to host Jimmy Fallon when he asked the loaded question. Fallon, 47, then brought up a picture of Halsey dressed up as Eleven, the character Brown plays in β€œStranger Things.”

β€œI mean, yeah, Millie would be great,” the New Jersey native continued. β€œBut I don’t really think I’m famous enough to cast Millie.” They added, β€œIt’s kind of uncanny how much we look alike. It’s like, β€˜Oh no, we actually just look like sisters.’”

Halsey also recently appeared at Governors Ball Music Festival in NYC over the weekend, performing a rendition of Kate Bush’s 1985 hit, β€œRunning Up That Hill.”

Since it was featured in the Season 4 premiere of “Stranger Things,” the ’80s hit has seen something of a comeback, soaring to chart-topping heights once again. A motherΒ of one tweeted, “Truly wish I wrote this song more than anything in the world. Happy to see it making a comeback. “I knew immediately that this was something I wanted to do.”

The singer of “Without Me” recently had a disastrous concert in Maryland when the venue flooded.

The June 8 show was postponed, then canceled, despite the fact that a sea of wet concertgoers had gathered to see it. During the Halsey Maryland show, one person tweeted a video from the front row that showed water raining down and rats crawling onstage as the concert hall was flooded.

The waterlogged space between the stage and the audience was shown to be filled by a security guard kicking rodents into it in another video. As the rats swam away, throngs of people wept and screeched in terror.

One of Halsey’s most recent songs is “So Good,” which was released last week following a public spat between the singer and their record label.

It was explained to them: “I think as an artist, you just want to be able to release things.” “To put it another way, the music industry is unique in that it allows artists the freedom to release work as soon as an idea or feeling occurs to them, regardless of when it was conceived. So I was eager to get this out of my system while I was still in the mood for it.”
