Wrong Side of the Tracks has been dubbed gruesome and nerve-wracking by others. People like that aren’t necessarily wrong, though. Netflix’s original series is about a combat veteran who stands up to the plate to protect his granddaughter from the dangerous and cruel drug dealers gaining control of his neighborhood.
The first season of the drama has already captivated a large audience, and many are now asking if there will be a Season 2.
Will There Be Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 2?
Wrong Side of the Tracks has already aired two full seasons. Only the first season has been made accessible to stream on Netflix so far, though.
A total of eight episodes are included in the first season, all of which feature high-stakes drama and rapid character development. A typical episode of Season 1 is between 69 and 80 minutes long, depending on which one you’re looking at.
The second season of Netflix’s popular series, The Walking Dead, is expected to arrive soon. The second installment was released in Spain on May 17, however, it hasn’t yet been released in the United States.
Netflix Life suggests that Season 2 will be added to Netflix in July. Netflix is expected to add Season 2 to their site by the end of 2022 if viewers don’t get a taste of it by the end of July.

Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 2 Release Date
Netflix will premiere the whole first season of Wrong Side of the Tracks on May 20, 2022. Season 1 aired in Spain on Telecinco on February 1, 2022, and ended its broadcast on March 22, 2022, prior to its distribution on Netflix. There are eight episodes in the first season, each lasting between 69 and 80 minutes.
There’s some good news about the second season on the way. In its native country, ‘Wrong Side of the Tracks’ season 2 aired on March 29, 2022, through May 17, 2022. This suggests that it will soon be available on a streaming service.
Despite Netflix’s preference for a one-year break between seasons, there have been cases where new episodes have been released just a few months after the last one aired. For example, the second season of ‘He-Man and the Masters of the Universe’ debuted on Netflix fewer than six months after the first.
Because the Spanish drama’s first season was available to Netflix subscribers less than two months after it ended its run on its original network, we can expect the same thing from season 2. In that situation, the second chapter of the series may be available on Netflix in July 2022, after it concluded running on Telecinco in May of that year.
‘Wrong Side of the Tracks’ season 2 is expected to premiere on Netflix in Q3 2022.
Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 2 Plot: What Is It About?
At the end of the first season, Ezequiel and Amanda join forces to learn more about the enigmatic “Phantom”. Sandro’s gang promises Ezequiel freedom from arrest if Ezequiel joins them as a spy. Aware that Ezequiel is a spy, Sandro goes on the run with the intention of murdering him.
Sandro, on the other hand, is killed by Nelson and Nata before he can harm the police officer. The henchman Santi freed from Tirso’s hardware store basement belonged to Sandro, but Santi didn’t know it. Gladys stabs Tirso in the act of trying to save him. She is taken to the hospital in an ambulance that has just arrived. When Irene finally makes it to Entrevas, she is reunited with her paternal grandfather.
Tirso’s life after Irene’s departure to her home and Santi’s control of the hardware store is explored in season two. One day, an outsider named Guillermo Salgado shows up looking to buy assets in the area, but the next day, a string of rapes rock the neighborhood. In the first round, Irene and Nelson’s situation takes a surprising turn. As a result of Sandro’s death, the drug scene in the titular neighborhood has been left in a state of flux.

Wrong Side Of The Tracks Season 1 Ending Explained
The story would have finished sooner if Irene and Nelson had found they’re happily ever after, but because the creators have decided to go on, we’ll have to put up with it. When Tirso learned that Irene had become dependent on Oxycodone as a result of her terrible attack, he made the executive decision to return her to her mother’s residence.
When Irene became addicted to drugs, Tirso blamed himself for convincing her not to seek psychiatric help because he believed in the traditional methods of dealing with trauma, and like his friend, Sanchis, Irene became a drug addict in the absence of competent treatment.
Nelson, too, felt responsible for Irene’s hardships and chose to break up with her for her own sake. Nelson returned to Nata after Irene fled Entrevas, who was in love with Nelson and wanted his help in killing Sandro.
