Don Morris Early Life
Donald E. Morris was born on July 24th, 1949, in Los Angeles. To further his education, Donald E. Morris attended California Polytechnic State University in Pomona (San Luis Obispo). He graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering, both in 1974.
Among the awards he has received are three Defense Meritorious Medals, three Army Distinguished Public Service Medals, three Navy Distinguished Public Service Medals, and two Defense Superior Service Medals.
